INSTRUCTIONS For FLASHING ROM
 1.Download ROM; patches
 2.Reboot to recovery
 3.Wipe cache and data(Recommended but not necessary)
 4.Flash ROM
 5.Step 3 again
 6.Flash patch(if any for that particular build!)
 7.Step 3 again( to be sure :P )
 8.Reboot

NOTE: First boot usually takes 5-10 min!

      you have to have custom recovery on your phone then follow the instructions above.
